Butternut Squash Risotto 6

Butternut squash risotto with toasted walnuts, Parmesan cheese, and sage.

Part of my Thanksgiving meal which included: Spicy turkey with an orange cranberry sauce, sausage with dried cranberry and green apple stuffing, a vegetarian version of that stuffing with butternut squash instead of sausage, butternut squash risotto with walnuts and Parmesan cheese, sweet potato fries, baked artichokes with Gorgonzola, roasted pumpkin soup, pumpkin creme brulee, and pumpkin creme brulee ice cream.

Mom also made brussel sprouts and cheese cheese filled celery.
